He also is a CPhA Academy of Managed Care Board Member. It's a great honor to have him come to UOP, so don't miss out on an opportunity to hear from him!
Description: This is a unique opportunity where you can sit down and share a meal with a managed care pharmacist. We've invited several pharmacists working in PBMs, formulary management, P&T committees, outpatient pharmacy, industry, hospitals and independent pharmacy to come share their experiences with you face to face. As you may know, managed care can permeate through all fields of pharmacy so this opportunity will be beneficial to your understanding of managed care whether you want to work in a clinical setting, in retail pharmacy, in your own independent pharmacy, or within the managed care field itself. It's the perfect opportunity for those who are still curious about what managed care actually involves. Of course there will also be plenty of give-aways. AMCP members and non-members are welcome!
Student Members: please RSVP by 6/9: http://tinyurl.com/43cstfr
Notes: First years have neither a Practicum II Quiz nor SOAP assignment due the next day.
